For a product that is safe for pets and people the knockdown is very quick and there's not much odor, just a slight not unpleasant smell that dissipates pretty quickly. The only thing that I will say that you should be aware of is that there is a slight oily residue.

This stuff is amazing. Will buy more when necessary. Had a fly problem in the house but this was a great tool in the arsenal to finally get rid of them. Paid attention to other reviewers about the oily nature of it so didn’t spray it incautiously. The odor is slightly funky but doesn’t bother me, unlike bugs which bother me a lot

It works, it really does keep ants away, I haven't tried it with other insects, my apartment only has an ant problem. the ants will not walk there if the liquid is there. The smell is pretty nice.

Cons:
- it leaves an oily residue, I don't mind it that much because I spray on the edges of my floor so ants just can't leave their ant holes.
- if you mop your floors you will have to reapply or it wont work anymore
- the smell is nice, kind of like lemongrass, but it is quite strong if you spray a lot

I found tons of ants in my living room and sprayed this around the house one time and now I haven’t found any more ants! It does smell very strong but it’s not a bad smell, it really works. I couldn’t find any instructions but I just went with the perimeter of the rooms and windows, as well as under our couch where the kids don’t touch, although it does say it’s safe.

Drops nasty flies out of the air the instant they make contact with a hint of this stuff. So effective that it leaves me wondering how it can be completely safe around pets and children. It is as some other reviews note greasy, that’s a downside. Also very little odor.

Occasionally I get flys in my house, and they are annoying! I have a 10 month old English Setter who loves pointing them and occasionally catches one. I've tried other methods (besides the dog) to kill them without much success. Then I found Stem and because it was safe to use around people and pets I bought it. It works beautifully! The only thing I want others to know is there is maybe some sort of oil in the product. I have hardwood floors and I noticed that in the areas I was spraying a fly, the product mist landed on the floor making the floor VERY slick. I will continue to use this product because it works so well, but I'll just have to clean afterwards. Unless.... I can teach the setter to do it....

Kills roaches when you spray them

I like how this is easy to spray at roaches and it kills them well. However it is a little messy It leaves and oily firm. It does put a shine on your counter lol

its great at first it def keeps away ants and kills them on direct contact when sprayed on them but doesnt last but a few days before you have to spray again. but its a good price. the smell is kinda ehhh but its not that bad. Gives you peace of mind that its not gonna harm your pets.
