"I bought The Snowplow "The Original Snow Pusher" 36" Wide Model 50536 for my staff and the 48" wide model for myself, and I have mixed feelings about the products. The 36" wide model worked perfectly for my staff, allowing them to efficiently clear snow without any issues. The durable construction and efficient design of the pusher made the snow removal process quick and easy for them.

On the other hand, the 48" wide model that I purchased for myself presented a challenge. The size was larger than I anticipated, and I found it difficult to maneuver in tight spaces. As a result, I had to cut it down to a smaller size to make it more manageable for my needs. While this modification was inconvenient, it did improve the usability of the pusher for me personally.

Despite the initial setback with the larger model, both pushers have proven to be durable and effective in clearing snow. The sturdy construction and quality materials used in their manufacturing ensure that they can withstand heavy use and tough weather conditions. The wide blade design efficiently pushes snow aside, making snow removal a much easier task.

I do not like that the blade will warp and I have to heat it to get the blade to lay flat again, (hanging it up keeps it from doing this)

Overall, I am satisfied with The Snowplow "The Original Snow Pusher" models, especially after modifying the 48" wide one to better suit my needs. They are reliable tools for snow removal and have made clearing snow a more manageable chore for my staff and myself. I would recommend these pushers to anyone looking for efficient and durable snow removal equipment.

The Snowplow Pusher Shovel has been a reliable tool for managing lighter snowfalls around my property.

When it comes to clearing lighter snow, this shovel is a game-changer. Its wide blade and sturdy build make quick work of fresh, powdery snow. The angled design efficiently pushes snow to the side, allowing for swift clearing without much effort.

The lightweight yet durable construction is a plus. It's easy to maneuver, and the ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip, reducing strain on the back and arms during use. The durability of the shovel has held up well, and I appreciate that it doesn't wear down even after regular use.

I've found it particularly useful for smaller areas like sidewalks, pathways, and decks. It's not just efficient but also time-saving, allowing me to clear snow rapidly without having to resort to a heavier, bulkier snow blower for lighter accumulations.

However, it's essential to note that this shovel might not be as effective for heavy, wet snow or significant accumulations. It's best suited for lighter snowfalls, and while it's great for what it's designed for, it might not handle heavier snow depths as effectively.

I bought another one. It was just too floppy.
It had wheels and just sliced over the snow.
I bought this one and it moved the snow easily. It’s sturdy and moves wet snow. I’m a female about 65.
I recommend this product. It was easy to put together. I rated it at a five because it actually worked as it was designed.

TLDR: If you've never owned a snow pusher and you have a deck, patio, driveway, or sidewalk, I highly recommend one. If you've owned one, this one is sturdy with a flat-edged blade all the way around that does what it's supposed to.

As a native south Texan, I didn't discover snow pushers until I bought my house with a 20-yd driveway. Fortunately the house came with a 36-in snow pusher, and I quickly learned its place in the spectrum of different snowfalls, snow shovels, and clearing techniques. Snow pushers to snow shovels are like snow plows to bucket loaders. Unfortunately, my old one died right before this week's first snowfall and I had to use back-breaking methods (shown above) with my regular snow shovel. No one carries snow pushers locally, so I ordered this one as a replacement (convinced of its sturdiness by the yeti ad).

Yesterday, it arrived two days early--just in time for the second snowfall this morning. It seemed sturdy enough after assembly, but a fair bit heavier than the old one. I left it outside so the blade would be below freezing--sticking was always a problem with the old one.

I realized when I woke that I left my trash bins on the curb, so I went out to move them before the actual plows plowed them in. I meant to clear a path to the curb with my new Snow Pusher, but within 10 minutes I had cleared the entire driveway. Another 10 minutes, and the sidewalk and back patio were clear. No snow had stuck to the blade at all, and the extra mass over the old one gave it better momentum to shove the piles further off the edge of the driveway.

Only got to use this a few times towards the end of winter after buying it, but in general it worked well. It is wide and clears a lot of snow quickly. I found it was most useful for fairly light snow. Fluffy snow of an inch or two was removed so much faster then with a regular shovel. When the snow was heavier or deeper though, I would still reach for my old shovel. This pusher *pushes* snow, as the name implies - there's really no way to "pick up the snow" to deposit it elsewhere. Since it is a pusher, if the snow is deep and/or heavy, you can end up with a big heavy pile that is hard to move very quickly. Of course, you'll end up with mounds of snow just off the edge of the driveway, which in general, is fine, but if you get another snowfall shortly after, then you push the snow up to the previously pushed snow and the driveway starts to shrink.

Really though, this thing is great when you have an inch and a half of fluffy snow and just want to get it off the driveway in as little time as possible. The blade has some heft to it, so it scrapes all the way down to the pavement leaving your driveway nice and clean. Well worth the purchase, even if it isn't a complete shovel replacement in all situations.

Best shovel to clear a driveway of champagne powder. Not good for heavy wet snow. So sturdy and well made. My hubby is very pleased with it!
