    Make sure to check your particular fireplace for bag requirements. Most sites said to use way more than I needed.

    Colored clear glass that is mirrored on one side. Color is so pretty lit up by the fire and the mirrored side up pieces reflect the fire making it look bigger and adds sparkle as well. Was spendy as I bought 2 3 color sets, but so pretty that I would do it again.

    The lava rocks that came with my gas fire pit were ok. But with this fire glass, I think it made the fire a little more elegant. I just put them on top of the lava rock. And with the reflective glass, the flames just shimmer and shine Looks really cool.

    The appearance is great. The stones look great and are pretty. They are glass stones so they seem pretty durable. The fit is where things get funky. I used the provided calculations for how much to order and learned 4 bags would be recommended for my size pit. That is absolutely wrong!!! I decided to only order 2 so it wasn't so expensive and boy am I glad I did. I only needed on bag... I did however used the second bag for decorations. Easy of assembly is decent. I mean I had to mix the colors. They don't come premixed. That was slightly annoying as it was hard to get an even mix but really just more of a I'm feeling lazy complaint. As for warmth... these are just stone decorations and they themselves provide no heat. I don't know why some on would order these for warmth as that is the job of the fire pit itself.

    These stones are beautiful. They do come in separate bags so if you are getting more than 1 color you will need to mix them, I just spread them in the pit and mixed around with my hands. Biggest tip is that I only needed half of what is recommended. Based on size said I needed 40 pounds, and 20 pounds was perfect
