    I use this in combination with an algicid when the pool is a little cloudy, which can happen after a big rain storm. (This is per the advice of the guy that takes care of my pool.) The water clears right up.

    I think the 6 in 1 is a bit better but this is a better price and is quite effective in most applications.

    Easy to follow instructions and worked extremely well. Our green tinged pool was clear within 12 hours. I would recommend wearing a facemask while using this product though as the powder definitely got up and irritated my nose while pouring it into the pool.

    I’m not the most diligent when it comes to my pool care so I look for really effective solutions to problems which arise. Recently I had some yellow algae and tried this product. All I have to say is WOW, this stuff works quickly and really clarifies my pool water. 1 pack in the deep end (after brushing and cleaning the filter cartridge) and within a couple of hours the pool was sparkling. So if you’re lazy like me you can’t go wrong with this stuff!
