    This kit is fantastic. The price is phenomenal and the quality is great. The cable is very heavy duty and they offer it in every size you could need. The inlet box is also constructed very well. Both ends are twist lock, with an additional screwing collar on the inlet box side, the screwing collar is the weakest point of the kit but it's just an extra precaution, it still functions as it should. If I ever have another need I will 100% purchase this kit again.

    I live in southwest Florida and due to hurricanes and storms our power does go out a couple times a year so I decided to purchase this plug and cord and it was easy to install(if you know how to do electrical work if not I highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician) only took me about 2 hours, came exactly as described and well packaged. Recommend

    the box is solid, easy to mount to the house, and offers pretty good weather resistance. we did outsource the actual electrical connection to a professional, but he was done in less than an hour - including drilling holes, running cables, and tying into the breaker box.

    the length allows us to keep the generator away from the house and still have enough current coming through because of the wire gauge to run the critical aspects of the house off the generator.

    Nice package with all the important pieces there already.
