Now satisfied (Very disappointed). Wires have pulled loose from both panels. 1 was able to be fixed, other not. Company has taken care of it.

After talking with rep, they took care of my purchase. Be careful when mounting. Make sure water cant get into the cover on back of panels. It is not sealed and will corrode contacts. Simply point it down or take a dab of silicone and seal around the wire. Fans work great even after getting mist of rain. (Not rec'nded) Nice set now that its sealed.

I did a bunch of research on my chicken coop smelling like ammonia and was advised to get better ventilation or a fan. I ordered these and was pleasantly surprised. I do wish they came with screws, but, my goodness, these fans really crank! I wouldn't use them for a greenhouse, as it doesn't seem like there's enough air movement for that purpose, but for a chicken coop, it's phenomenal. I initially thought it would take a couple of days to really get the smell out and dry it out. I couldn't have been more wrong. Just one nice morning, and the smell was gone. My coop is on the smaller side, but I am incredibly impressed with how much air these fans move. I installed one solar panel per fan, and when I open the back of the coop or get close to the vents, you can feel the air coming out. My coop will NEVER have water issues again. If I had a bigger coop, something the size of a small shed, I would get two of these and really let a lot of air flow through. But one set of fans is more than enough for us. The fans are reinforced, so I don't have to worry about unwanted critters. Moreover, I am not as handy as I would like to be. The foam that comes with it can easily be cut to the same size as the fans for a quick and easy template. I had the whole system cut and installed in my coop in less than 30 minutes, and air is no longer an issue! Thank you!

Ease of installation was a huge plus for this fan. I used it in my plastic shed that I use as a work shop and no issues getting it in place.

That being said, I'm pretty sure that a paper fan tied to my dog's tail would do a better job.

The solar panels are in direct sun for most of the day and the motors seem to be going full speed, the output is just weak.

The biggest downside to these are that they only work with near direct sunlight, there are NO batteries.

 I bought this solar fan to improve air circulation in a room in an ecological way. I haven't finished fixing the fan in its final position yet, but I turned on a Palo Santo to better appreciate the air circulation while looking at the smoke move.

THE PROS:
- Easy to install. I bought Suction Cup available on Amazon to fixed the panel to the Glass (they are not included in the package)
Look for: “Suction Cup Plastic Suction Pads 40 mm Clear PVC Sucker Pads Strong Adhesive” here on Amazon

- Decent CFM. We do know that the speed of the fans will depend on the amount of sunlight received by the panel, the more sun the faster it goes. But in general, by using only one of the 10W panel you get the average fan speed of an old computer power supply cooling fan per each fan.

THE CONS:
- This is not a fault of the product but mine for not reading before purchasing. The 20W option is the same 10W but with 2 panels of 10W instead of 1. I’m glad that the package does include a Y adapter to make the unit works with either 1 or 2 panels. In my case I don’t have the glass surface to install 2 panels at once, so I pay for 20W to only use 10W. It will be grate if I can just purchase the Fan and have another 10W package but so far can’t find it available. So I am keeping 5 stars because it was very obvious in the picture that the 20W option was the same package of 10W but with 2 panels, so it was my fault not paying attention.

NICE TO HAVE:
- It will be grate to have the option of a battery package to store energy, specially if you can install the 20W panel in order to store energy to move the panel when there is low or no sun.

The units says to be waterproof. I have another similar panel moving a water fountain that just passed by a category 1 hurricane, so I have no doubt that the solar panel is weatherproof, still need to test the fan, which ideally won’t be expose to direct rain but being in contact with the exterior, it will get a water splash for sure during windy rainy days.

Easy enough to set up. I use it in a shed. Not sure how much of a difference it really makes. It just gets really hot in there.
