This cover is very durable. In the mid Atlantic region weather, it has held up to extreme heat and cold. It kept the fire pit table completely dry. It was very easy to cover the table and remove. The draw string helped keep it on when windy. Even at >50 mph winds, it stayed on. The sizing was perfect, as indicated in description.
