I had trouble putting it together and thought there was a defect with the handle part and the way the handle was to come together. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. Turns out, the handle was to come together differently than what I was trying to do, and the instructions actually were correct. The handle part is supposed to store the hexagon key that’s why it looked odd and like a defect. The shovel can be taken apart if needed. Five stars!
