This was so nice for my pool. It fit the pump that I already have and helps keep the pool clean! I like that the height is adjustable depending on the water level. Easy to clean out also!

I added this skimmer to my pool filtration system to help keep bugs and leaves at bay. It is getting the job done well. It is a nice big size and adjustable in height. Very easy install. The basket floats to the top rather than getting sunken under the water like others. Overall a good skimmer!

We have a 18' foot pool and bought this to help with the leaves and things in the pool. We had a smaller pump and with that pump the skimmer did nothing. However when we upgraded the pump it works like a charm. It was very hard to install so that it would work. We ended up having to zip tie it to the side of the pool.

We were too afraid to cut a hole in the side of our bestway 18’ pool. I found this on Amazon and decided to give it a try.
It totally ROCKS! We purchased it on May 26 and here we are June 27 and I haven’t had to manually skim the top of my pool since installation!
Highly recommend, affordable, and works great!

Not very useful for a smaller pump. I have a 500 gph pump, blocked off one port and there was not enough suction to pull the debris into the basket. Probably would work well with higher flow though as it's a simple design

What sold me on this was not having to put any holes in my pool liner. It attaches very easily to my existing suction line. I couldn’t believe how much debris it collected before I needed to empty the basket. Very nice and I highly recommend this pool skimmer.

If you’re looking for a weird object to sit at the side of your pool with debris floating AROUND it rather than in it, then this is your thing! It is also a whiz at slowing the flow and filtration process of the already sluggish pump.
Bestway should really change their name to Worst was when it comes to customer service and backing their products. If you’re lucky enough to actually get human contact be prepared to hear all the CANNOT & WILL NOT do to remedy problems like a blown pump after only 3 weeks of use!
Never again, my friends! I work too hard to throw money away on piss- poor quality products like Bestway offers.

Year 3 with my pool and can’t believe I’m just now getting this. I have a best way 20’ pool from a big box store. For year 2 I upgraded the filter to a 2800 gph sand filter. I have 2 inlets for the pump and I was able to use the connector from this kit to hook up to one of the grey plastic inlets that came with the pool. I had to remove a Philips head screw to allow the screen to spin off. I keep the water level low so my kid can touch bottom but this was able to reach low enough to perform skimmer function. It’s been doing great with the pump I have, even with that second inlet open. I can restrict the other inlet if I really need a vortex in the skimmer but that doesn’t seem necessary. It connected to the metal rail with no issue.
