This claws work great. Nylon feels sturdy. They shred meat quickly with little effort. Depending on how thin you want your meat, you simply give it and extra pass or two.
Once you're done with them, they wash easily and safely (exercising caution, of course), and then can be laid upon each other, claws inwards, to lock them together and store them safely.
It already saved me about an hour of work.
