I have beat two of these to death this year AND THEY ARE STIIL WORKING GREAT { using them for what they are not designed for mounted in tractor bucket side by side BOLTED TOGETHER ,113" of snow so far this SNOW year up to 18" at a time}
sheared a fan shear pin for the first time there is a design flaw when fan pin is sheared the fan can slide forward (no spacer between fan and gear box) this alone is the flaw.when this happens The fan slides into auger blades and then it all over because fan get bent, auger blade get bent ,all shear pins shear .
NOW NOT TOO MANY OF YOU ARE AS CRAZY AS I AM 74 years old and needed a more friendly way to clear snow at a mountain home 8250 elevation

4.0 out of 5 stars Hard to believe anyone can make such a good quality machine for the price!
Reviewed in the United States on February 5, 2024
Assembly was not difficult and took about an hour. Machine started right up, ready to go. I was clearing some ice from my drive which was about an inch thick in some places. This did an outstanding job. It does require a bit of muscle to keep it going in a straight line, especially when it's icy. Halfway through the job, it stopped throwing snow. Auger was running, but impeller wasn't. I determined the pin attaching the impeller to the shaft was gone. Fortunately, it was in the snow/ice that was packed in the chute. I put it back and replaced the missing cotter pin, and off I went. Don't know if the cotter pin was missing from the factory, if the cotter broke or just fell out. No biggie.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Snowblower!
Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2024
We had bought a different snowblower originally and learned all about the things we "Should" have looked for. This one replaces that one. GREAT machine, and the price was fair. Its so easy to use. Self propelled, two options to start it up and it gets the job done. VERY VERY happy with this purchase.

5.0 out of 5 stars Michigan snow storms, does the job in 5-7 inches of snow!
Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2023
I bought this smow-blower on February 22nd, 2023, right before our 2nd Michigan snow storm, and I'm happy with it, I used it after the last 2 storms.
Good thing I had it, that heavy wet snow was too hard to lift.
Easy to assemble, but you have to look out for a few points that almost made me return it, if I didn't have 7 inches of snow outside.
First, the machine is very heavy, returning it would have been by UPS pick up, no way I could load it in my vehicle.
Second, be careful when opening the box, one small nuts and bolts were loose in the box.

The notice to put it together is not very clear, written very small, but I got it done in less than 30 min.

I noticed a few defaults and points to explain:
- it had a little scratch on the metal, nothing bad. I needed the machine.
- a tiny zip-tie was broken under the dashboard, fixed it, didn't want hanging cables.
- on the right, the blue cable was not very well isolated, and most of all, it was rubbing on the right wheel. I taped it and tied it up higher, away from the wheel.
- in the notice, the figure 6 design shows to assemble the 2 skid shoes with the 2 bolts centered: DO NOT center them, let the machine rest on the ground and screw them as is, so you leave no gap under the red metal part. If you center them, you'll leave a quarter inch of snow on the ground.
- make sure to drill a small hole in the head of the red contact key, and tie it with a little wire to the bar. When you'll stop the machine by pulling off the key, you won't loose it in the snow with your big gloves !
- careful with the oil gauge. The notice says the oil isn't supplied, but I received a 19oz can, perfect to start with. Poured the whole can, as it requires 20oz. Came handy. The gauge isn't easy to read, as the oil is very clear.
- remember to put the clutch in "neutral": in between 1st Reverse and 1st Forward, when you're done and stopped.
- as mentioned in the notice, do not pull on the start handle too hard, it perfectly started on the 4th gentle pull.
- wear heavy gloves: the 2 black metal handle might pinch the side of your hands on the red handles.
- when you will run out of gas, the machine will start humming repeatedly, you'll know !
- I used a 1.25 gallon of "87" regular gas over the 3 storms. The gas tank is only 0.5 gallon, but enough to work with.
- use the first 3 or 4 forward gears to work and scrape snow to the ground. Gears 5 and 6 are for moving the machine around.

1.0 out of 5 stars Piece of crap snow blower that lasts two times
Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2022
I've had a snowblower before and this one works decently enough. While it is compact, my issue with it is how stiff it is to alter the height in which the snow is thrown and swiveling the chute. Both are extremely stiff to move. While it's a good thing to have some way to keep the chute locked in, you practically have to pop a wheelie on the chute height just to get it to shift and yank it almost sideways to adjust what direction it points. So adjusting where the snow goes on the fly is much more difficult.

The drive shaft works well enough and does a good job of moving snow but it does put a little strain on you as there's not enough leverage on the bars to do what you need it to do.

Update: This product is a giant pile of crap. The auger crapped out on me towards the end of my second time running the god damned thing. I had an Ariens before that ran for 6 years even kicking up rocks and other debris. Two tiny snow storms and this piece of crap machine broke down on me.

Do NOT buy this product. Save your money and buy an ariens or Briggs and Stratton.

Update 2: The company emailed me with videos to fix it. I applaud them for having those up but still doesn’t help with the fact that my machine isn’t working. The belt is fine, the sheer pins are good. Just no idea why it’s not working. Since it doesn’t seem to work the way it should, I’ve decided to return it. I’ve seen some reviews that say it works great, but seeing the others talking about the same issues looks like a manufacturing issue vs a user issue.

Blower worked really well. Make sure you adjust the cables after initial assembly as they are not taught enough for continued use. Found that out the hard way when the blower stopped turning.
