Our dog died, so the birds are our "pets". Decided to try a higher priced seed, why not.... Has lots of sunflower seeds and different grain mixed in. You pay more, but the quality is there. Birds happy! ( But they are always happy)

The wild birds seem to like the dark color sunflower seeds the most, from this mix.
Though label states, Midwest Regional Blend for birds of that area and I am on the East coast for whatever type birds this way; this bag gave the most for the price.
My grandchildren & I do see the wild birds eat some of the other seeds in this product mix; but the dark shell sunflower seeds appears to be the birds favorite and the birds have no problem cracking shell open to get to inside.
They do leave a bit of a mess in that.
But sweeping up behind them for that is worth the smiles of the Grandchildren getting to see the different kinds of birds up close.
I have flat dish feeder on my balcony and put some seeds right on the balcony to attract birds up close.

We live on the east coast and our wildlife loves this stuff. We get the rowdy squirrels but we also get a flurry of song birds. Even if you are not mid west, don’t worry, your birds will love it too! Good amount for the price as well. Very happy with this purchase. Seeds are good quality and animals seem very attracted to it!

I have been buying Wagner's 62006 for several years. I had a feeder attached to the front porch. Birds and squirrels loved it. I put in a wild flower garden in the backyard. It took about four days for the birds to find it. I can't keep it full. I love watching the birds come to feed each day.
