We have three different Blackstones, two for our motorhome and one for our house, we use them regularly. One of our biggest irritations is the grease tray, we have tried several different options and now we are using these aluminum inserts.
These inserts fit perfectly into the grease tray for the Blackstone. The fill the tray well so there is no wasted space. They are easy and safe to remove and we have not experienced any leaks. We do not save them and try to clean them. I suppose you could, however they may not stand up well if this were done more then once. Also, the size and grease you are putting into them does not make cleaning them very easy.
Overall, they make cooking with our Blackstone even easier and more enjoyable. I do recommend this product this product for ease of use, quality, and price.
