It all was completely intuitive, except the button to switch between celcius and fahrenheit being small and on the back. And that worked great once I read about it in the instructions. I love that the batteries are standard AAA, and very easy to replace, including the battery door seeming simple to access, yet secure and reasonably rugged. So cheap batteries, rechargable batteries, etc. are reasonable options for this. Plus, supposedly the batteries last about 18 months (I can't confirm this).

I used the modes with it propped up with the fold-out stand on a flat surface and with the magnet on my refrigerator door, and both were dandy. It looks like it would also hang OK for those who want to do that, but I didn't actually try that.

There was a little booklet explaining the functions (in reasonable sized print with my reading glasses) and a list of support numbers to call, by country.

By getting 3 as a pack, I was able to use 3 close together (as a test) and determine they're quite accurate in both the temp. and humidity readings, as claimed.

With a new HVAC system, I wanted a better understanding of the temps at the periphery rooms of my house vs. the central hallway, and re the humidity with the system running, and these handle that well.

My only slight criticisms are:

1). That the settings for "comfort" re the human face icon are arbitrary and appear not to be adjustable, so somwehat useless IMO. Seems mostly like a marketing gimmick to me. (For example, I'm skinny and cold natured, so "comfortable" to be would be a warmer temp range than the one they chose).

2). There appears to be no backlight or option for one, so if it's dark you can't see the numbers at all. Not a big deal, and especially given the batteries last so long (re their claim), but some folks might like that option (which might cost more, take more batteries, etc).

Overall, for the price, this was better and more convenient than expected.

While not perfect, these little thermometers are close enough for my purposes. If they were 100% accurate, they would read the same when placed together, but they didn't in my case. Even when moving them around to ensure they each had the same exposure to the same surface, the same air flow, the same lighting, etc. I could never get all three of them to read the same. However, they were all within either 1 degree of temperature or 1 percentage of humidity of each other, and that's close enough for my rather unscientific environment. They are small, have a "kickstand" to allow them to either sit completely upright or tilted back at an angle, or they also have a magnet and a screw/nail cutout for mounting or hanging that way. A simple little button on the back quickly and easily switches from Fahrenheit to Celsius and back again. Stylish, compact, and accurate enough.

This small digital thermometer can be set up on a flat counter, can hung from a nail, or will stick to metal with the magnet. I find it helpful in regulating the HVAC system rather than having people say it’s too cold or hot. Should be useful in seasonal adjustments to house heating and cooling. It’s easy to see and also has shows the humidity.

Simple, easy to read, fairly accurate. I have a whole lot of houseplants and I try to keep the humidity up. I've got 9 of these hygrometers and I need another 3 pack.

Use in three different places mainly for humidity level in the apartment and a house. They work great so far. Sleek and portable design would not take up space. Good price too.
