I bought one to see the quality. I have bought a total of four now. I recently purchased two additional umbrellas to add to our outdoor space. They did not come with covers. These are thick and you can buy them in various lengths. They have tent rods that fold up and fit in a pocket to the inside the cover. They are easy to remove and put on using the rod. They have strap and drawstrings to tighten it to the umbrella. I was impressed with the quality and I do recommend.

Great product so far. Sturdy material (canvas-like) with an interior rubberized feel, for water resistance. I did not rate, for water resistance, as it hasn’t rained since received but I suspect it will hold up nicely. It arrived, as described. We recently purchased a 12’ cantilever sunbrella umbrella that we wanted to protect, from upcoming summer heat/sun. This fits the bill nicely. Came with a foldable pole to help put it over the top. It works well for taller and stronger armed people (husband had no problem). I, however, struggled doing it myself because the pole provided is a little flimsy….especially when you have to use one arm to push it up while trying to hold the zippered opening and align it to go over the top. I found a nice surprise that I don’t recall reading about….inside the cover at the top of the zipper (see pic with red circle) the manufacturer sewed in a pole catcher (cloth cup looking thingy) that you can put the pole in to raise it up. Nice!! After struggling alone using the provided “pole”, I am going to start using a broom stick or equivalent (sturdier pole). The “cloth cup” is large enough for the end of a broom stick or equivalent to insert into it, for pushing the cover over the top of the cantilever pole. Lastly, easy to zip up/down plus it comes with a strap to tighten it around the middle and a tightner for the bottom to cinch it closed PLUS another velcro-type catch (see pics). Very, very pleased with this product thus far. Hopefully, it will hold up to against the wind/sun, this summer. I have to say that the manufacturer put some thought into this covers design. Well done.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Quality, Thoughtful Design, Great Price

Purchased the "12-14 Foot" version to cover my Sungarden 11.5" cantilevered umbrella. The size was perfect to cover the entire canopy and crank mechanism.

The fabric seems reasonably heavy and durable. The seams are well done and properly overlapped. They are even glued inside (see photo) which is NOT something you’d expect to see at this price point. We’ve had several heavy storms since getting this cover about a month ago and it seems it's properly water-resistant when new. (I guess we'll see how that holds up over time.) The color has faded ever-so-slightly... but it is out in full sun from sunrise until sunset ever day. It’s a fairly light color, so not really noticeable. I only spotted that it’s a touch darker where the strap covers the fabric.

The collapsible stick to help get the cover "up and on" the umbrella is handy, and I was very impressed to find a clever drawstring pocket inside the cover to store the collapsed stick. (I was actually wondering "Where the heck am I gonna keep this stick so I don't lose it" when I noticed the pocket.) There’s also a small nylon pocket under the top of the zipper to insert the rod when lifting the cover up and over the top of the umbrella. (I didn’t even notice it at first.) Our umbrella is 9’6” at the peak and we have no trouble getting the cover on.

The buckled strap across the middle helps cinch the cover up tight, which will be important to reduce the total surface area of cover that could get hit by wind. Shockcord drawstring at the bottom helps here as well, and will prevent wind from getting up under the cover as well.

Other reviewers have complained about the presence of the Velcro strap at the bottom end of the zipper. I'm not sure why. Personally, I think it's not a bad idea to keep an errant wind from getting under the cover and potentially forcing the zipper open. Unlikely to happen, since there’s also an elastic drawstring on the bottom, but conceivable. However, if you don't want to use the velcro strap... simply don't use it. It's the type that folds back on itself and out of the way, so it's easy enough to not use it and never think about it again.

A surprisingly great cover at a very reasonable price. Based on the initial quality I expect it will hold up for years. Highly recommended.

Very thick and durable. Love how it is shorter then our last one and thicker. Easy to install over our umbrella when not in use or protection from the weather. Very pleased and worth the money and time.

Helps with the lifetime of the umbrella! Weather resistant, helps protect from sun damage when not in use. Price is great!
Wish I could contact the seller /manufacturer though ..as the pole used to lift the cover up onto the umbrella broke. Would really like to buy a new cover lifter...just don't know where...kind of makes the removal and installation difficult without the pole.

5.0 out of 5 stars Heavy Duty Cover!
Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2024
I purchased this as a replacement for a thinner cover that I had for 2 years, that disintegrated in the recent north Texas storms. It Fits my 9’ table umbrella perfectly. I believe this will last a lot longer. It’s definitely thicker and heavier. Which will mean better protection. I really like the long foldable rod to place the cover on the umbrella and it has an inside pocket to store it. My other rod was useless, it was too short. I had to use my broom handle. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price. I do wish it came in the color gray or taupe. Maybe in the future
