    Been using it for a couple months and it works good. The peel is thick, I'm still working out my ways around it. The combo is better for bread than for pizza. Would only work for naepolitan style pizzas where 30 cm pies are the norm.

    The thickness is ideal, it tells me that it's durable and last more than just heating. There's a slight smell first time heating but it's like any ceramic or pottery heating up it's not unpleasant nor does it affect the taste in any way. The wooden pie slider is high quality as well, never had one before now i can't imagine not having it. Follow their instructions though for best results. If doing frozen keep an eye on the top cause it may need additional cooking time.

    The Pizza Stone is as advertised . It was well-packed with foam pads and a 12-month warranty. and a small manual I plan to use in my girl . I was a bit surprised that they suggest that you preheat the oven with the stone in for 30-40 minutes and then turn it down while cooking. Doing this then only 5 minutes to cook the pizza. You can immediately start another pizza if required.You can also use the stone for indirect cooking of things like bread while placed on the stone.

    No problem with stone it’s good so far I’ve used it maybe 5-6 times on my charcoal grill making pizzas or Stromboli’s. My only complaint is the pizza peel is a little small, I need to buy a larger one for pizzas.

    Heavy, durable, approximately 5/8 in. thick x 15 in. diameter, allows you to make perfect crispy, cooked-through crusts. Preheat oven and stone to 475f-525f, use your convection feature if you have it. Expect much shorter cooking times. No more soggy pizza centers. Do not oil stone, clean with water only, scraping if necessary, soap and detergents will be absorbed and cause "off" tastes. Never put stone or peel in the dishwasher.
