I love this litter mat. I measured and purchased one that fit perfectly in the doorway where my cats' litter box is where I just newly moved. This mat successfully traps more litter than any mat I have had previously. I have three cats, and sometimes they like to jump out of the litter box. With all their insane behaviors, this mat still catches the litter. Super sturdy as well. Thank you!

So if you are reading this review, you have fur children, and they can be messy with their kitty litter. I know there are just times you think how the heck did that litter get out here and you look, laugh, groan and clean it up because it tracked. I really didn't know if this would work or even help but honestly it does, at least for me. BUT you have to think about placement. My kids have their own private spot, cause come on everyone including fur children need some privacy. Their litter box is in an open closet pushed to the back. So, I place the mat about 1/2 to a 1/4 under the box. It works; it captures the litter; I would say 90% on average. It cleans up well too. I have a vac for just that use and easy everything vacs up perfect. I have a second box and things are going so well considering buying another.

This mat is my second gorilla mat the first one is 8 years old and still like new but I wanted one in a different color and this mat is the very best on the market for trapping litter as they step out of the box, I will always use this brand for the quality, durability and colors they come in

I have purchased many litter box mats over the course of the last five years. Honestly, I have not been 100% happy with any of them. Is it possible to find a mat that catches all litter and doesn’t slip around? I have used Gorilla Grip mats before, and had a regular rectangle one before. It’s a great budget-friendly option for mats. I bought the half circle shape to fit under my Litter Robot and not look as bulky. It does the job, but there is litter all over the floor despite using it. I’m sure it helps cut down on litter, but is not the best. However, I will say that it does not slip because of the backing. I will continue to use this mat, but it is not my favorite.
