    I use this in my pump house to keep my pipes from freezing. Works great and not prone to shatter like a glass heat lamp. It the outside temperature gets into low teens, I use a second one. In a 6x6 foot concrete space, it keeps the temp at least 20 degrees above the ambient temperature. Super value.

    These worked good for an extra source of heat. However they do get very hot so use caution where you put them and make sure the fixtures used it meant for them. Also watch the cord getting close to the fixture. Over all good quality great for the price.

    I put a few of these on the ground , on a timer, set on at 5PM, off at 8AM. Built a simple frame from 2x4 Lumber and attached Frost Blocking Cloth" on the frame.

    Kept our citrus plants nice, all winter!

    I have hummingbirds all year long. When the feeders freeze, the birds can die. I put this heater bulb in a cheap aluminum clamp light and clamped it to the bottom of the feeder. It worked perfectly and was low enough to not use a lot of electricity. I'll try to update this post with a photo this winter.
