Using this feed for my Senegal.
My bird is a flinger, nope not this, nope, maybe, she plows through the seed cup picking and choosing her faves to fling and some faves to eat!
This is a fortified food and should be providing many of the vitamins and nutrients for your bird!
It looked and smelled good and fresh to me, plenty of choices and variety, very reasonable to feed evey day plus fresh veggies and fruities and some table scraps, too!
My parrot liked it as much as she could, and ate what she liked, again, she's a flinger and ate what she liked, and no problem , I'd recommend and order again!

Fresh fruit and vegetables must still be main stay of all diets, the seed mix can sit in the bowl after they have eaten all fresh stuff
