As others have commented, it's very expensive, but it sure does the job!
We have a cat who sometimes has seizures, and when he does, he unfortunately wets the floor, bed, or chair he's on at the time. My wife had just purchased a brand new chair and was so upset not only because our cat had another seizure, but that he did so while on her new chair. It was soaking wet with cat urine.
At a friend's suggestion, she tried vinegar to clean the cushion and get rid of the odor, but it just made the chair smell like pee and vinegar, which was actually worse. I had seen the annoying commercials for this product on TV, and suggested we try it out. It worked great! It got rid of both of the smells! They were embedded deeply in the cushion of her chair, so the light spraying on the surface didn't do much to eliminate the smell. But when the took off the spray nozzle and poured it directly onto the cushion of her chair, soaking deep down into the foam, it did the trick in no time. It did not stain the material or leave a mark, either. It worked great. We just had to use a lot of it. About a half bottle to overcome the problem.
It was expensive, yes, but a lot cheaper than a new chair! I'd buy it again if I had the need to. For now, I plan on trying to keep the cat off our new furniture, though!
