Size 48” fits my 40” mini perfectly

I was having a hard time finding the right size for my 40” mini gelding but the 48” blue blanket fits perfectly. He hasn’t tried to take it off which is a major plus. The quality is very good. I’m impressed as I buy a lot of blankets for various size horses. ** for size reference in the video he is wearing the blue blanket. He’s 40” 380lbs. His sister is the other pony and she is 41” and 405 lbs, the cob is 12hh and 800lbs, and the mustang is 14’2hh and 1286lbs. I never see size reference when I buy any horse blankets so I hope this helps someone.

I bought this blanket for my mini donkey And it fits perfectly! He’s a size 42. I was worried that it would be to small because usually you would size up but I would not with this project. It’s very nice and thick. I was honestly surprised when I took it out of the box of how well it was made. I bought the green one and the color is exactly what it looks like in the picture. Overall I’m very pleased with this blanket!

It did not cost much and it is keeping him warm so doing the job. This is not a water proof blanket.

I am shocked at how nice these are! The quality is amazing for the price! I ordered the 48 for both of mine and they aren’t the same size. Both fit nicely on both! Highly recommend!

Nice blanket for the price. It seems well made and I like that it has a higher neckline than many other miniature blankets, better to keep the weather out. So far it has done a good job of keeping my mini horse warm and dry in cold, wet weather. Overall the fit is good and the blanket seems comfortable, although the drop is a bit short for my round mini. Also, the pink is much brighter than the picture on Amazon shows!
