    I had to change our chicken feed because our eggs were breaking so easily. After a week of Purina Layena+, the shells felt much harder and the eggs didn't feel paper thin.

    This did the job and fed my chickens in a pinch, but the price is a lot when compared to how much I could buy at Tractor Supply! It was nice not to have to worry about dragging a big bag home, though.
