5.0 out of 5 stars Saved My Kitties, and Hundreds of Dollars.

This product was $30 at the time of purchase and it was totally worth it. I went to Petco panicking because my cats were throwing up what looked like wet shoestrings.
I adopted one from the my local shelter (fully vaccinated) and had been fostering 3 feral kittens that were born under the house. The babies were about 3 to 4 months old.
When they came in I was able to get rid of the adult fleas with some dawn soap and a flea comb. But what I didnt know is that they had worms. I had been trying some natural remedies at home when I noticed what looked like “sesame seeds” on their butts. But I new they needed something stronger if I didnt want things to progress.

I got lucky, the day I went to Petco there was a traveling vet and a nurse there. She told me to try and find Pyrantel and to use 1ml per every 10 lbs. I immediately went to amazon and found it. Only thing I didnt know was that this is for humans too!
The nurse said this was the exact name and brand they used and told my not to be afraid, but to get a dropper to control the amount dispensed.

I did just that. Its been a month and it has worked miracles on my babies. It was quicker and WAY CHEAPER than going to the vet. No more sesame seeds or booty juice! Just clean kitty butts and happy kitty guts.

They give you a generous amount and my cats actually like it. I give it too them when I feed them and make sure they have plenty of fresh water. They dont fight me either. When I pull out the dropper they gather around.
This product arrived in a durable bottle and wasn’t damaged or leaking.

Definitely ask your local vet before trying anything, but if they give you the go, get this product!

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked for Roundworms for my Cats
Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2024
The description says pinworms but all the pictures I see when I google says what the cats pooped out is roundworms.
I have several rescues and I just can’t afford taking each to the vet, but the shelters are full and I was not going to just not help them.
A volunteer at the animal shelter said they use this for the kittens, I used her dose recommendation. 0.1ml for each pound, same as others have mentioned here. Then again in 15-20 days. The reason for the second dose is that this only kills the worms and not the larvae, so the second dose is to get all the ones that were in larvae stage during the first dose.
This is a big bottle and will probably expire before I use even a third of it. I used it 9 months ago twice on 15 cats and now doing the same with 13 cats. Bottle is still pretty full.
Great price I got it around maybe $25.
Unfortunately it doesn’t get flatworms, and the meds for those are definitely more pricey.
We saw the worms in the poop starting the next day and the day after, varied with each cat and one cat had diarrhea, no other side effects besides that.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cleared up a case of worms
Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2024
Performed up to my standards and Cleared up a case of worms in my animals. Didn’t smell, easy to administer with a syringe, and overall worth the price. The size of this bottle is generous so since I didn’t have a need for this anymore, I passed it on to some friends. The bottle didn’t leak either.

No way of knowing if it worked. We took it just in case but I would assume that was a good thing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent dewormer!
Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2024
We run a rescue and this is an excellent dewormer for all the animals we take in. It's easy enough to use on the babies and powerful enough to get rid of worms. I will buy it again.
