Osteoporosis mas o menos ayuda un 60% en my persona también bajar el dolor y no tener demasiadas ematomas = son como manchas rojas en la superficie en la piel y la Gel pomada en el 5to y 7mo por primera vez untarlo se siente ya mejoría en ayuda en tendones , ligamentos y músculos cansados y usarlo cada dia 2 veces al día
