The second was soon after that photo, I went outside to see was it the card or the bulb that was messed up. I didn't even wait the full time the card says to wait, had to get inside due to wasps hanging around. Card works fine.
This bulb set puts out zero UV rays according to this test card. I purchased a UV card tester just in case even though I thought it'd turn out to be a waste. Turns out it wasn't a waste after all! Thought perhaps the card tester was the issue. It's not the card, it's the bulbs. All four failed. They light up, heat up, but fail to put out any UV.
They heat up to about 90F but I need the UV output as well, these are not useful for me.
