    This wet cat food smelt so bad I couldn’t even leave the can open in the bowl. My cat wouldn’t eat it. I think it had gone bad and my cat will eat darn near any wet food. I have always known Blue Buffalo to have a great reputation…. but not this.

    My cats love this food so much! The tuna flavor is their favorite. Every morning even I wake up they scream at me because they know it is breakfast time. Best price on the internet!! The 24 packs of small ones elsewhere are more than the larger cans you get here. Long time customer and planning on staying one ????

    Our cats normally eat Blue Freedom Indoor Cat wet food mixed with Blue Tastefuls kibble. When one of our cats recently got sick and wouldn't eat, we tried this version of wet food hoping it would be similar to their usual wet food but different enough to eat it when sick.

    Pros:
    - It's a Blue product. Like most of their products, they use quality ingredients with minimal fillers.
    - It has a good ratio of protein, carbs, and fat.
    - It comes in a variety of flavors.
    - It's reasonably priced - more than the cheaper brands, and less than specialized brands.

    Cons:
    - It's very dense. You can tell as soon as you put a fork into it, it's like a dense cheesecake. The Freedom line is much more moist with a larger water content.
    - Of our 3 cats, none of them liked it very much. After the 3rd can, none of them wanted more than a few bites of it.

    This may work for some cats, but it didn't for mine. They're back on the Freedom line of wet food and have enjoyed it for many years. If you need a moister wet food, try the Indoor line. If you want it less moist, this line may be better.

    my cat wouldn't touch it and she is not a picky eater. It smells absolutely horrible and is super runny.

    Edit: Turns out it is an issue with quality control. So far the next cans have been good and my cat likes them. It looks like the first was just filled with some sort of gross liquid.

    Better than the big brands that my cat won’t eat. They go crazy for Tastefuls. We use the dry food also.

    I got the pate variety pack and, my cat will not eat any of the 3 flavors. I was surprised at this since this never happened before with any brand. At least he'd like one in a variety pack. He will only eat a nibble or two if he's REALLY hungry and then, come to me with that little face "saying": "Got anything else for me?" And, though he is hungry, he will leave it there for hours until I cave and DO get him something else. Too bad. I bought this as a treat to give him something special since this stuff doesn't come cheap. I have to say though, the food did look a bit gooey when put in the dish.
    Interesting but, AFTER I bought it, I found another review saying the same thing that I am saying but, had to select "RECENT" from the drop down menu for THAT review to show up since, "TOP REVIEWS" shows up here by default and, most of them had high praise for the product. I'll have to remember that in the future.
