    Better than fancy feast. Fancy feast is more expensive only because the brand spends a lot on promotion, packaging and advertising. Both FF and MM use fake rubbery protein, which smart cats quickly learn to avoid (unless they are super hungry). They lap up the sauce and leave the rest behind. The sauce contains the good stuff like taurine and other cats' specific vitamins and minerals. I make sure I give one cup a day, because I feed my cat real food (human quality fish/poultry, some meet for less than $2/lb) and I don't want to bother with amounts and proportions of minerals/vitamins I should add. And so yes, I have plenty of experience with both Meow Mix and Fancy Feast and both me and my cat find Meow Mix a better quality.

    Amazon deleted my long review so wtf… my cats love it. Yes it came liquidy. I got the $17 shrimp flavor with 48 cups. The liquid is worth it for the price, my cats love it and it’s easy to mix with some water if you’re trying to increase your cats water intake like I am. I use two cups to feed my cats a day (along with dry food of course). My cats look forward to their wet food time and have no problem eating this food. Just bought 2 more 48 packs because it’s literally so cheap and allows me to give my cats wet food everyday.
    Update: I got a different pack and it looked so much different than the 48 pack one. I’ll add picks to show how watery and greasy this stuff is compared to how it should look. I’m sure this is why it’s cheaper. My cats still eat it but clearly it doesn’t look how it should normally look.
    Update: found a disgusting piece of tuna in the food. I’ll add a pic, but my cats refused to eat it and I don’t blame them. The food really looks nothing like it should which is why it’s discounted. I won’t be buying the tuna and shrimp kind again because it just looks like oily meat water and I’m paranoid that my cats will end up getting sick from it.

    Liquidy but my cats love it

    Amazon deleted my long review so wtf… my cats love it. Yes it came liquidy. I got the $17 shrimp flavor with 48 cups. The liquid is worth it for the price, my cats love it and it’s easy to mix with some water if you’re trying to increase your cats water intake like I am. I use two cups to feed my cats a day (along with dry food of course). My cats look forward to their wet food time and have no problem eating this food. Just bought 2 more 48 packs because it’s literally so cheap and allows me to give my cats wet food everyday.

    We've been feeding my cats this for year. It doesn't smell great, you're going to want to wash the dishes out after a use if you don't have a dog licking them clean -- but the cats love it. Mine are all 10+ and one is almost 19. The food seems to be keeping them going! For a while they were making them too watery, but the company seems to have fixed that problem.
