Paid for this and not only will it not download on ANY of my devices, but I am also unable to contact customer service for help or a refund. I don't care how cheap it is, it's unacceptable to rip people off and this is a HUGE RIP OFF!

SORRY FOLKS, BUT THIS DOWNLOAD IS INFECTED WITH SOME KIND OF VIRUS. AFTER CAUSING TROUBLE WITH RESPONSE WITH ALL PROGRAMS. I SELDOM COMPLAIN ABOUT MOST THINGS, BUT THIS IS TO IMPORTANT TO NOT SAY SOMETHING. I REMOVED THE PROGRAM, BUT IT STILL HAS PARTS THAT REFUSE TO BE REMOVED AND IS STILL CAUSING PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER. IT CONTINUES TO FREEZE UP, STOP WORKING, AND HAS TO BE SHUT OFF AND RESTARTED OVER AND OVER. DO NOT USE OR PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM. I CAUSED MY COMPUTER HARD DRIVE TO CRASH. COST ME $ 277.00 FOR A NEW HARD DRIVE. BEWARNED.

The same version (possibly a better version) is available for free online. You also get continuous free upgrades as they become available or are needed.
People also need to understand that this isn't a toy or game that they will learn overnight. When used as it is designed to be used there is a higher learning curve. This is not for your children to learn how to draw a pony with. You should have some prior experience and knowledge with computer illustration and design. That or the time and personal dedication it is going to take to learn it. Once you begin to learn, you will find out that this product can be used for thing's it was not specifically designed to do. I was looking for a good program to design guitar bodies with. Designing an electric guitar can be simple or extremely hard depending on the obviously you basic design of the guitar. Then from there you need to figure out (if it is for yourself) how technical you want it to be. If it's only a couple of pick-up's, volume and tone potentiometers then it fairly simple. If you want the latest electronics, coil taps/splitters, treble bleed, a kill switch/button, and on and on. Then it becomes like anything else. The more technical the more planning, design, redesign, and so on will be required.
And like anything else, you are going to have failures, mistakes (big mistake you swore you included or eliminated. The key word being YOU. Just because something didn't turn out like you had planned or thought it would does not always mean it's the programs fault. I am in no way saying the version(s) you received weren't bad, I'm referring to the type of people who blame everything and everyone when something doesn't go as planned. When that happens, it's "back to the drawing board" as the cliché goes.
This was in no way a rant. I wanted to let people know you can get this and all the proceeding updates for free. Just enter the programs name into Google and MAKE SURE the program is from a reputable website or business. Best of luck to those still looking to try this program.

Just a PSA: Inkscape in a FREE to download open source software. Just go to their website to download it and do not buy this.

This has to be a scam... wasted $2.03 with the taxes for absolutely nothing. Don't even bother, save the headaches.
