Love this genealogy tool. I really liked personalizing the timeline for the person. Took me a few minutes to catch on, but it was worth it.

This software is buggy. I could not get help or even an acknowledgement that my problem had a fix or not, now or in the future. No replies to emails. Terrible, terrible service from phone. Both representatives I talked with would not let me finish sentences, talking over me, even when I tried to give a compliment. Perhaps they get many calls from unhappy customers. It is unfortunate because this software has promise, especially for those who are less computer literate.
