does not work at all Vista Product ID codes you have a 50 50 chance it will work

I recieved the disk and when I tried to restore my laptop I keep getting an error message that says that I do not have the correct product key. I tried to contact the seller telling them about the error message. Seller asked for pictures of there box that the disk came in and I have not heard back from them again. I don't know if I should return the product or if there is one that will work.

This was supposed to be an operating system; I bought it so I could erase the previous drive and re-install 'Vista Business'. which is a really cool and easy-to-use platform.I don't know what this disc is or is trying to be,but it useless and not even worth the hassle of returning

worked great be ready to do a lot of updates and the copy I got was Vista business 32-bit but it works and I'll up grade to vista home as soon as I can

I had this software on a previous computer and I really liked Vista, so I am using this to upgrade an older laptop that is running XP. I have the original Vista software which I will install first, then the Vista upgrade.

I no longer have a need for it because I bought a new computer and the seller is dragging his/her feet in giving me the address at which to ship it back to, also gave no instructions as to how the return was to be made, not even to say where it needed to be shipped back to. I have discarded the padded envelope it came in and the product itself is in new and untouched condition it its original packaging.
