Have had issues with others in the past. This one has been my choice for several years without a hitch, glitch, or frozen screen. When you need the best and not the rest. I have also found them to be a bit easier on the wallet, as well.

Honestly I didn’t like it and ended up not using it. I used freetaxusa.com instead. I have used freetaxusa for the past 8 years but I just got married so I thought I would give it a try. But I didn’t like it.

Had to use other acronyms in order to LOCATE the form field for Social Security Disability.

Tech support was helpful in directing me to it.
Not exactly where I WOULD HAVE PLACED IT, but I got my taxes done.

I have used H&R block software for the past 10 years or more and very pleased with it. Amazon has the best price for the software that I use.

Although the package was sealed, the activation code didn’t work. Seller did not take responsibility and advised I should contact H & R Block. After several attempts to speak to a person, I gave up. Do yourself a favor & get on H & R Block’s website and order directly the years you need.
