Typesy would not download from Amazon. Amazon downloader would not install. I ended buying Typesy from Typesy.com instead and the software is Great! Typesy is easy to use and broken down to simple steps.
Amazon did issue a refund because apparently the downloader did not install and therefore I did not receive any product from Amazon.

I cannot open this file. Amazon refused to refund my purchase or provide me with any support. they could not even provide me with information to contact the developer. WHAT A WASTE! Be careful before you purchase this. it will recommend that you install the sketchy chromium app that you will never be able to remove.THANKS AMAZON

For the cost, I expected something much more professional. The instruction is basic and boring. The games are generally quite elementary. Some of them don't even go through the effort of randomizing the words so you get the exact same sequence every time you play. I've used free programs that are better for most things. There is one decent game - Ink battle. If not for that, I would have rated this a one.

In a very short time I am typing more accurately and faster than I did before. Oh ya... I'm 63 and took typing a long time ago in high school. When I apply what I'm learning at work I feel more confident and I'm having a little fun too. Strongly recommend this program. Now if it could just help me sharpen my spelling...!

Download did not work. I tried on 3 different browsers: NO GO. I contacted them and they never contacted me and I contacted AMAZON who did nothing as well. I am still waiting for reply from them over one month now. Not happy about this.
