I bought this software to create facility layout plans. Once loaded, the cursor does not show on the screen and an error message pops up saying that I need to buy a more advanced graphics card. There was nothing in the advertisement that suggested a high-end graphics card was needed. I tried to contact the company, but couldn't get past the automated attendant. Now I can't get my money back and I can't use the softwared.
