    Downloaded , ran install, rebooted, double clicked icon in Win 8.1 and error message says " program stopped working" before it even loaded. Call Customer support who told me gaming dept. would call me but never received a call or refund. Very irritating to buy a piece of software that won't even run.

    Further research shows that the software company site says OS is Win 7 (no mention of Win 8) However the Amazon site lists Win 7 AND 8 as a system requirement. This appears to be case of misrepresentation on the part of Amazon. Lots of wasted time for a $35 purchase.

    Best software investment ever. I create home family DVD s frequently. It takes 3 hours from start to finish . well worth the cost and it is a better DVD maker than "windows DVD maker" that used to come standard with Win vista..

    This DVD creator did not work as well as I had hoped. There were many errors while creating the DVD. In the end I used a free program through Windows that was easier to use and never failed me during the burning process.

    Easy to use. Creating custom menus was a challenge and it took some time to figure in out on how to do it.

    I just purchase this today...from aiseesoft company....I don't never download or purchase anything that says "soft".....because I know its junk or its a scam and sometimes both.....aiseesoft dvd creator is a ripoff.....because that's 35.00 I can't get back....
