    Very cute and fun way to learn how to type. My son is 8 and has enjoyed it. I recommend getting the code straight from the website and not from Amazon. The website would not accept my activation code. Customer service was surprisingly fast and helpful however I have to say! They got a new code to me in a timely manner. Keep in mind this is for the website and not the computer downloaded program. I read the description wrong and thought I was getting the latter. You are only allowed one profile on the website so if you have more than 1 child learning to type I suggest looking into the downloaded software program instead.

    I got an activation code from amazon when I bought this. However, the activation code doesn't work on Disney's website. I tried to contact Disney and Amazon, but neither solved the problem. Wasted money and never got to log on.

    I have been looking for a typing program for my child, who is in second grade. We tried some of the free programs online, but they were simplistic, boring and came with a lot of ads. A friend recommended Mickey's Typing Adventure, and I looked it up. The program is awesome, it's perfect for young children, using all the Disney characters to entertain them along the way. It's an adventure, and the characters even talk to the kids, which further engages them. There are many places to go, things to do, games, etc. The core of the program is the typing training, with practices and tests along the way. You can monitor your child's progress as well, with numerous reports that show their strengths and weaknesses. The online version allows you to log in from anywhere, PC or Mac. I highly recommend this for any child aged 5-8.

    TERRIBLE!!!! If you don't use Chrome you can't use this product. I've been trying to access this product for three weeks. I'm trying to get a refund because I don't use Chrome. It is not a user friendly program for children or adults.

    Had a bit of trouble using my activation code, but the company's tech support quickly resolved my issue. Looking forward to using this software with my daughter, and watching her progression. Will report back in a few months with an update!

    After digital download purchase from Amazon, followed instructions with key code to get started, but product vendor log-in system didn't recognize my already entered (for purchase) email and product specific password for access.
