I like the step by step process in the language/speaking aspect of the program. It fall extremely short when it comes to the writing aspect of the program. When you make a mistake while trying to write what is pictured or said, the program does not show you what your mistake is. It simply says you are wrong without any explanation of where you went wrong or showing you what the correct answer is. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!! Hard to learn if you do not know exactly what you did wrong.
