this wasn't challenging enough for my first grader, even the 2nd grade items. she got bored quickly, the games were fun however she wanted more.

My computer is up to date... yet I wasted so much time trying to get this stupid program working. There are 4 discs and only one of them actually works. Huge waste of money.

2.0 out of 5 stars does not work well

So, I was pretty excited about this being a fun way to supplement learning over the summer between grades 1-2 for my son. But this product has SO many glitches. My computer meets all the specs on the package but the Aladdin disk, though it starts, freezes up and just flat out stops working within a few seconds. The same with Search for the Secret Keys with Mickey. The two Toy Story ones work OK, but this is a major dissapointment. And if that were not enough, when I first tried to install these things, it messed up my desktop and changed the size and orientation of EVERYTHING. I had to restart my computer to get it to restore. When it restored my stuff was all mixed up and in different places. I never would have thought some kids learning CD's would be such a pain in the neck. So,even though I do like Disney in general, stay away from this one. It will save you a lot of frustration.

My children ages 4 and 3 are very skilled on the computer, as most kids are these days and they find it hard to navigate some of the games. It is engaging enough that they persist and still play it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Disney Learning 1st-2nd grade

Very interesting & slightly challenging games to aid learning; nice graphics & storyline. Kids love it--have 2 preschool, 1 K, 2 2nd and 1 3rd grade--all wait (and watch others progression) impatiently to play it. Had initial problems with installing & some sound or stopping (on Vista) but got immediate response that fixed all from Disney on line.

We got this as a gift last May for our son't 5th birthday. He enjoys it very much, but the reading (Aladdin) disk seems to need more RAM than the other disks. You must have QuickTime in order to use this product.

1.0 out of 5 stars These are terrible

I wanted to pull my hair out while trying to get these working. They force you through long tutorials, waste all kinds of time with useless dialogue that I guess is supposed to be entertaining, but not in the least. There's no navigation tools to skip to activities you want to do. My 6 year olds will never use it again - they complained the whole time. Also difficult to figure out and time consuming just getting it installed and working, then wastes even more time once it is "working." I expected more from Disney. Don't touch these with a ten foot pole.

I have two sons ages 4 and 3 that play with this game. They like the Mickey Mouse game, but don't like the Alladin Reading game. Too much talking and instructions and less play time........
