All this product does is take a color photo, turn it to black & white. Then you can bring the ORIGINAL color back into the photo. There is no option to change colors. It is very basic and my 2 year old got bored with it after just a few minutes. I would not recommend this product at all.

I ordered this for my daughter who is a beginning photographer. She loves it and has been able to create some really wonderful photos. Easy to use. The only "wish" she has is that she would like to have the option of changing the color of the area she is "bringing to life". All in all, this product is getting a lot of use!!

Color Select Studio not only is very affordable, AND simple to use. It has all the tools required to change a color phot to B&W, then allows you to zoom in and select just the parts to which you would like to reinstate the color. Although you can't change the original color to another color, it does allow you to choose the amount of saturation, so you can lighten or brighten the color, which is a nice option. This program can easily can make a regular picture into a work of art. I recommend this to anyone, and all ages.

I think most amateurs even, will tire of the Color Select Studio program very quickly. That said, the program does what it says it will do, and for the price I guess that makes it an OK deal.

This is great, easy to download software for creating partial black and white, partial color photographs!! I give it a 4 out of 5 only because it is a lot of work to create these works of art and I didn't want to delude anyone otherwise. I am not a professional photographer by any means and do not fault the Color Select software for this difficulty, it is just the nature of the transition being made. I recently downloaded this from the color select website and am thrilled with the results I have gotten!! buy and enjoy!! And I have an older mac that is running leopard and it works seamlessly on my mac!!

Love this software.Easy to install and use. Adds a little color to my black and white photos that really makes them pop.Just use your finger to color what you want in color and leave the rest of the photo in b&w. The zoom button allows for very sharp edges.My 6 yr old uses it as if it were a coloring book. Well worth the value.

Very easy program to download and to use. It's a program you don't use often but when you want to create a special effect to your pictures, this will do the job.
