What can I say , this software just works. I've been using it for many years. I did try another brand one year but it was no better and I saw no good reason to use it so I've kept coming back to Turbo Tax. I like that it gets my previous year's info and it walks you through the whole process and lets you pause (save your work up to any place you happen to be) then resume at a later time/date. I like that I can stretch out the process so as to not be overwhelmed all at once. I do wish (are you listening Intuit ?) that they would bundle the state filings (even if the forms are downloaded after federal)(but I moved to a no-income-taxes state now).

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years and it is fabulous! You know that it will be accurate (Intuit guarantees it). I know that I will get my maximum refund owed to me. It downloads very easily and it updates with newest government changes each time that I open it. It also e-files smoothly and easily and I get my refund very quickly. I was delighted to find the Intuit version available on Amazon this year. I am also delighted that I was able to save $10 by having a "Federal Only" version available as my state doesn't require income taxes. Last year, I bought one of Amazon's Turbo Tax products initially by a different vendor and it wasn't Intuit's version and I basically got scammed and had to get a refund for an inoperable version. Don't make the mistake that I did. Only buy the INTUIT version of the Turbo Tax product. You just answer questions as you go through each screen and at the end, all those answers are put on the correct form and on the correct line and you don't have to figure any of that out by yourself. Took me 45 minutes last year to do a fairly involved return--Heaven!

Software was very easy to use after it is installed correctly. With the firewall on I installed the software but it would not run. It gave me some error about some files being corrupt. I had to turn off the firewall to install it and then it would run fine with the firewall on.

I've been using turbo tax since I got my first job and had to file taxes. It downloaded easily, pulled last year's return from my computer, and I got my taxes done in about 4-5 hours. I went through every topic and hand-entered most of my documents, so it took a little longer than if I had imported them. I also had some tax situations that I needed to google to find how to accurately document in TT. This does NOT include state taxes. I live in Texas so don't need to file state taxes. I like that I can save $10 from the other version.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I have never had a reason to use any other program. One thing I did learn this year. Never buy/ download any software from Best Buy. Their server service did not work. I was given a warning that my computer could be vulnerable to attack if I continued the process. Having to deal with BB’s customer service was another hurdle. I will buy my next version of Turbo Tax from Amazon. No issues whatsoever.

Outstanding program that was extremely user friendly. This made the filing process easy and the electronic filing option saved me the hassle of mailing and the cost of a stamp. I received a confirmation that the IRS received my submission on the same day so the refund should be received much quicker than had I mailed in the forms. Well worth the cost.

Turbo Tax Deluxe is so easy to use that I— a great- grandmother several times over— can use it with no problem!! I have ordered Turbo from Amazon and I have done my OWN itemized taxes for about 10 years or more. Turbo simply “transports” last year’s basic info into the current year’s form. That saves me a great deal of time. This year, I got my refund deposited into my checking account in SIX DAYS after I e-filed my taxes!!
