I was paying monthly for photoshop pro, but this has every feature I need in it's advanced mode.
I figured out where to find and how to import my actions from pro to elements even though it can't create actions, it can use already created ones that I need for my website. You can get rid of creative cloud after it's installed too, so it won't hog your cpu. Good for Monterey/Ventura so far!
