The program itself was okay for my needs except that I could not edit anything. I had to copy the text and paste into a word document instead and that's just not efficient. Another problem is that the program relies on Windows Explorer for its online services and that is not even around anymore. I could not find anywhere I could change my browser within the program. I spent several hours installing and creating my Profile and an online account, only to discover that I could not go online. The legal documents are just fine but the rest of it left me wanting and so I returned it to Amazon.

Unlike the other review, I just received this software and since I no longer have a disk drive, I had to download it to my computer. I use Windows 10. I followed their directions and had no problem. I'm now in the middle of setting it up. So far so good. When I am down, I will review it again!

This package is an older version of this program and although an instruction sheet was enclosed about updating and upgrading, the company will do neither. Unless you pay for an upgrade that is!! I didn't know when I purchased this program that it was the older version, 2006 version, but that may be because I didn't read the fine print. Anyway, I am not happy with this purchase. The first time I have not been satisfied with an Amazon purchase.
I have installed the program and although I am using Windows 7 and Avanquest was supposed to send me an update (which they have not done), the program seems to be working fairly well. Only one or two small qliches so far. I like the program, but the distributor - Avanquest - should not insert flyers that they will upgrade the product unless they plan on doing so.

When I first opened the box and saw the CD-rom, I was not sure what to expect as to relevance and current content. After reading the reviews, I thought that maybe it would not work. However, the content was organized as to Home or Business forms. The interview process was very through and well thought. And after my first quitclaim deed, more than worth every dime spent. I would purchase again. Installation was eazy-peezy!
