I ordered this iFit subscription on Amazon when it was advertised as an "individual membership" for work-out equipment with screens. I placed it in my cart and checked out in January 2024 but didn't activate it until April 5, 2024. Now that it's been activated, I discover that it no longer works on equipment, but only on tablets and phones. Why you ask? Because iFit changed their memberships in April 2024 after I "checked out" and before I activated it. I was not aware that what I was activating was NOT what I ordered.
I contacted Amazon customer service and they immediately refunded me $150 and cancelled my membership to iFit Train. THANK YOU AMAZON!
