Overall, works as described. I have not used software such as print master since I was elementary school. With that said, it was just as easy to use as I remembered. New look, new buttons, took time getting used to lay out. I am running on windows 11 no problems.

Not able to download on Win 10. Probably will not get a refund.
Update:
After the 3rd try I finally got this downloaded. At least I think I did. It doesn’t seem to work well with my computer. Making adjustments and dealing with sizing and fonts is not very easy with this software. I have used Printmaster for more than 20 years and have never had any problems before. They took a great program and ruined it with their changes. I have uninstalled this software from my computer, and will lose the money I paid for it. I’m going back to my old computer when I need to use my old version of Printmaster.

When I got a new computer, I had to get the new Print Master. I have learned to use it, but it was not easy getting it to print labels and things I needed. It would not recognize any of the addresses that I had from the Print Master 7, so I had to redo the addresses I needed. It also does not recognize the projects that I had on the old Print Master. I am finally getting use to the new Print Master, but like I said it was not easy.

I have used PrintMaster for many years at work and at home, and I have purchased several versions of it. This one is HORRIBLE! Has no art work and will not let you import the art work you have from other editions of this software. Thought I could use this on my new computer because it does not accept cd's but it is nothing short of a disaster. On my old PrintMaster program I could create anything and this one just no luck with something as simple as a return address label .
Many of the features and projects found on the older editions are not availabale on this one. Wish I could return it!
So terrribly disappointing. Would give it negative stars if that were possible.

I am very disappointed in this. I used my old one so much. I loved it. So I thought replacing it with the updated version would be a breeze. Well, it's not. I have yet to figure it out and I need to make a pamphlet and some pages for my family tree. I am so frustrated. Every time I sit down to use it I give up. So I waste a couple of hours, get my blood pressure up and have nothing to show for my efforts. I want the old version back!
