I love it! But, patience is a must! You are not going to hammer out a house plan in a week, unless your a professional. Which I am not.
If you've had a punch pro program before, then you know the basics of this program, The rest just takes time to learn. Use the manuals, you will need them. There's sub categories after sub categories, furniture, cabinets, plants, walls, textiles, flooring, appliances, and all the colours to change everything. There are additional catalogs you can download from chief architect. Most are free. 3D views and walk through is also on the program. You will occasionally beat your head on your desk. I've had the program a year and am still learning. Upgrades are available for this program as whole. Technical support is awesome!!! I had trouble with a bad USB, trying to install on new computer. Called talked to 3 ppl. Email my receipt, had a new download available immediately, a new USB drive in the mail. ALL IN UNDER 10 MIMUTES of my time. They were great! I'm sure other technical problems could take longer, but I haven't had any.
