I was able to fix my Windows 7. I did lose all my pictures, movies, ect. But it restored my Windows 7. So to the fact that if lost all my stuff... can't get it back I don't think. Also since I did lose everything I went ahead and upgraded to Windows 10. So the total cost of me restoring my laptop and upgrading the operating system cost me about $8. You can download Windows 10 for free. Just look around and you'll find a free download of Windows 10. Then look around for working keys.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this disc. It does not reinstall, fix or restore windows 7. It is a waste of time and money and I echo what all the other negative reviews said. They advertise it as a reinstall then send a card stating they don’t advertise it as such. Wonder how many people they have made money off of fraudulently with this scam. DON’T BUY THIS ITEM!!! It does not work!!!

Thank goodness, I was able to solve my issue without the help of this disk, which was basically useless to me. I lost my password which thank God I recovered on my own. The disk was supposed to be used to help me to recover the computer, but it didn’t help at all.

The ad says "Ralix Reinstall DVD For Windows 7 All Versions 32/64 bit. Recover, Restore, Repair Boot Disc, and Install to Factory Default will Fix PC Easy!" leading you to believe it is a system repair disc but it is not! This is only a boot repair disc and it clearly states once you get it that it is not a system repair disc. "Please note: This disc will not restore your Windows to factory default settings, nor is it a full version of Windows. This is a REPAIR disc to help you fix Windows Boot Problem and *NOT* a disc to reinstall Windows.(our Amazon Listings clearly say that).
But I don't agree with that last statement. I saw the top statement in the ad and bought this to restore windows 7 and will have to return it. What a big let down. That's how lots of things have been lately, a broken coffee mug, eye drops that are rancid and smell like urine odor, etc..
