My Win10 crashed by hackers (Tech-Shop-Pro saved me)

Wow, I am very surprised Tech-Shop-Pro Win10 recover DVD worked with no problems. My Dell Inspiron 15 3000 got a virus or hacked, my laptop account & files were deleted. I tried Windows restore it didn't work. I have to use Malwarebytes & Antivirus to check for hackers from now on. Now I got a good copy of Win10 DVD recovery, I can reinstall it again & again. Good job Tech-S-Pro your product works. Thank God.
(My laptop screen went nuts, I knew someone got me. Stupid me I didn't use any antivirus or malware) After I did Windows updates my laptop got hacked. I don't trust online updates. All computers should come with DVD recovery. Factory reset didn't work bc the hackers went in & delete all files.

I suspected this but I could swear it said somewhere in the description there was a code. I figured it was pirated but who needs this without a code? Big waste of money thanks for false advertising things.

Have an old Dell that was stuck in a repair loop. Couldn't use the windows repair functions because I didn't know the Microsoft password. Put in the disk restarted and right back to the loop. Thanks to the video figured out how to change the boot order with f12. Took some patience and restarts but finally booted to the disk. The video primarily describes loading a new copy of Windows but there is a repair option on the disk. You do not need a key to use this function. Clicked on repair and it took me back to Windows repair. So here we go again, right? Actually no. Clicked on system restore and realized it would run without a password which is exactly what I needed. I'm not computer savvy. I'm 68 years old and all of this took a lot of trial and error and all of the patience I could muster. But the d@mn thing works again. It would be nice if the seller had more comprehensive instructions/videos and I can understand the frustration of the negative reviewers. But this is a good product and for 13 bucks it's a bargain. Might not work for everyone but worked for me.

The media could not be loaded.

I bought this wanting to upgrade to windows 10. I got the first disk and that one didn't work. I contacted seller who told me he would send me another one that the one I got was probably corrupted. Got the second disk and tried to install it. Ended up completely bricking my laptop. Can't use the key board cant use the disk drive it no longer boots up. Just flashes a blank screen. Tried to contact seller and no response now. Amazon tells me sorry there's nothing they will do and sorry about my computer. What a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS I have no idea if all my info was just stolen or what happen but again Amazon didn't care.

This disc automatically uploaded Windows 10 into my Windows 7 Abus micro laptop, using an external disc drive at that, without any issues. Very surprised and pleased with the results. My experience with these "upgrade/upload" discs has always been bad, because they always turned out to need an additional code or accessory software to do the job, and that costs more money than the disc itself. Not so with this one. An excellent product and I recommend it highly.
