My husband's pc got a blue screen a few months ago. Nothing would fix it, and we couldn't restore the os. My husband had already ordered a cheap refurbished replacement for over $200 when I saw this. This CD arrived in less than a week and it worked like a charm. My husband had his old computer back up and running in minutes. The new refurbished pc, on the other hand, did not work well at all. It went back to the store for a refund. We saved ourselves over $200 with this CD. It's one of the best purchases I ever made. I am very happy with the quality and function of this product. The price is a bargain. And it shipped really fast. I don't know about this company's customer service because I never needed it. But I highly recommend this product.
