    Several issue I am experiencing as I try and load the product. First Amazon does give you a product code that allows the software to load. I waited for a day on an email link. The software itself appears to be 2 programs that load from the Apple App Store which it doesn’t tell you which apps support the products purchased. When loading lifelock the program doesn’t run, it errors out and so I reached out to the Norton help desk without getting help on the phone. To this day I don’t think I have lifelock loaded as it’s not intuitive and no real instructions from Amazon

    Looking for a product Key and there is none ANYWHERE. Another person had the same problem. I might have to try and cancel to get a refund, but that seems dubious at best. This is a freaking NIGHTMARE.
