    Just purchased this to retrieve photos and videos off my phone. The screen is black and it has a pass code so there is no way to access it. However, I downloaded the trial version of this software which allows you to "evaluate" the product. It was able to access and retrieve all of my pictures and videos. Great! So I purchase the product from Amazon and I have been trying for 2 hours now to register the product with the license code provided and it will not register. It keeps saying "Try again in 30 minutes"

    If this works, I will update my review and change the rating. Having to spend extra time getting the license code to work sucks. I already spent $50. This is ridiculous.

    I paid all this money I never received anything via mail it was through the email. But after finally realizing it came Sue an email and I had to download it. It did not work from my phone. And I specifically ask before I bought it wouldn’t work from my phone. I was told it would. It is not worth the money and I was so disappointed

    Does not support my Galaxy S8 Active. Like others, I was unable to get the program to run using the copy downloaded from Amazon. Amazon needs to STOP selling this product.

    Program supposedly works on limited phones. Samsung A52 is not supported. Total waste of money. Please refund money for this purchase.

    Wondershare DrFone worked great for me. You must go through the directions. This is important because it can be quite frustrating figuring out the software without it.

    I had a little issue connecting and retrieving my photos and videos, but I contacted customer help and they got back to me (faster than they estimated) through email with more detailed instructions.

    If you need a quick fix and you didn't delete the files along time ago, DrFone should work alright for you.

    All and all- just work through the instructions and don't expect to retrieve deleted data that's been overwritten time and time again.

    absolutely no tech support and software still not activated with activation key they supplied, Amazon should do something about this. also in the description when purchasing it states that it is compatible with numerous makes of smartphones however once you have the software it tells you it is limited only to work on Samsung.
