Don't spend a dime for this software. It's a pain to use and configure, not intuitive and the training videos don't do much to reduce the learning curve. My biggest pet peeve is that this is not a U.S. English version, but a U.K. English version. All the units of measure are in metric and with some work you can do some customization, but it is a pain! Additionally, the material pricing component doesn't even give you the option for $USD, but other monetary units.
I regret purchasing this, trying to return it has been a pain.
I went to SketchUp, but there are other alternatives out there that at minimum will work better than this.
